I just got a samsung Galaxy J3 that iz a trac phone for straight talk, the ppl i got it from sayz itz unlocked so i can put my at&t card in it and use it, did i get burned or can thiz phone be unlocked?

Not necessarily. If it is actually unlocked yes it will work. If it is not. It will not.
