It's a great gym and they have a nice pool with a hot tub however when you're changing be careful because the ladies like to bring their young boys in with them and I understand that if you have a child it shouldn't be unattended but when there are naked women in a bathroom or a locker room you really should not bring a six or seven year old boy in

Love it!! Love the machines and free weights, LOVE the 24 hour schedule as I often get off work at 1 am, LOVE the swimming pool and hot tub area, and it’s very cool there’s a basketball court as well, I don’t often go during the day but the times I have the employees seem very nice and welcoming. I would totally recommend supporting this small local gym !

My client goes here to swim. I would have never known about it otherwise. It is kind of tucked away on a side street off of Gage Blvd. It's like a hidden treasure of healthy options. The staff is always very nice and quick to say hello! There are many workout machines and weights to choose from. The one thing that stands out to me every time I go in, is how clean it is. Not one time in the last year has there been a time it wasn't clean. Literally sparkling clean.

Amazing fitness center with cardio machines, free weights, weight machines in the main area. There's a spin room, gym and secluded nook where you can take any class at your convenience. The pool is 25 meters with 2 lap lanes and a jacuzzi. The locker room is huge with showers, dry sauna, lockers and well lit area to finish getting changed.

Yes. Even a automated chair that will lift you in and out of the pool. Wonderful moderate pool temperature too!

Reasonable compared to other facilities with pools. It is privately owned & operated by locals with a lengthy track record (opened approximately in 1998 or '99). I would be more price specific but my membership is as a sr. couple, which is less than 1/2 the monthly of another Kennewick club w/pool, which I have been a member of in the past. A 24-hr. membership is also available at Kia-Ora, though the pool is not available during otherwise "closing hours," for obvious safety concerns. As a former water aerobics instructor myself, this facility is a great answer to the budget savvy water workout enthusiast.
