Really need to find a better policy that doesn't exclude customers. I can't check out with a full basket in self checkout but can't use Kroger Pay with a cashier? Kind of ridiculous. And then your cashiers with the attitude after I was directed to use them and then they don't use all forms of payment offered in the store and get mad when i have to figure out alternate payment? Fix it, jesus.

They sell you out of date product in pharmacy area. Then give you the runaround when you point it out to them.
