We ordered one for THANKSGIVING with 2 side orders & the side orders came on time they were Delivered by UPS. ON the 22nd. In a Stirafone box with 2 frozen ice pacekets still frozen & the Directions on how to Reheat the Ham. The Ham got Delivered Days Later past Thanksgiving. On the 25 of November. The Ice packets was not fozen still . They said they would remberse the HAM $$ IT Totally Messed Up Thanksgiving Plus it was for a 77 yr.Lady that i work for that had Me order it so it was just all Bad. They should of Rembursed all the $$$ & sent ine for CHRISTMAS that would of made the Lady Happy
Maybe you should call the company you are asking questions for a business we all are consumers here.... Smh. When will people start reading what this app is for. Its like yelp! Took all this time to learn that we cant answer your questions anymore than anyone else and I bet the only reason the other person could help you at all is that she has gotten a ham there before. Absolute waste of money. Make your own glaze and buy a good one at sams club or Costco for 1/2 the price.
Hi James Harris - If you can reserve it online, you can do it a day before pick up. Don't get upset or disappointed if they don't have the exact size of ham you wanted. It varies on availability, but they will give you the close to the size you wanted. It range from $75 to $95 if 9lbs - 11lbs. Hope this helps.
