You need a good immigration attorney, and it's not a picnic. But it can be done. My friends did it by starting an "Italian" deli. I think we (US) prefer to shaft good, law-abiding, and especially educated aliens, but seem to want to protect lawbreakers. Maybe join a gang and move to San Francisco or another sanctuary city.
