Hi... Why your policy about charging double?! Yes double.... I was two nights at this hotel and my credit card was charged double nobody is answering muy questions, basically I was scamed... Three weeks passed and no response at all, never again

I was charged an extra fee at the first day and got refunded on the last. As I undertand you can't go to the front desk anymore, you call your credit card company to cancel it.
