Horrible experience. Went in to print. Paid for 10 mins time on computer. Computer rebooted. Had to pay again.Store refused to provide credit for the first payment.

Employee will not give her name. Has hung up on me numerous times when requesting to speak to a manager. This has got to be the most unprofessional experience I have encountered trying to get some help on an insured package that’s sitting in their store. I will be reporting Besma and this franchise to corporate headquarters. Do not give this place a dime. This place is poorly managed and they are ok with this. Trust your gut. Don’t do it.
