The UCSF building parking lot on 15th street between Folsom and Harrison sts. has the shuttle that runs you to Parnassus and several other UCSF locations. At one time, one of their shuttles stopped in front of Burger King right next to the BART station on the NE corner of 16th and Mission.(BK is closed now) If you just walk 2 blocks from the BART station to UCSF on 15th st you can look at schedules routes etc. I think they start running pretty early,6am or so. Maybe check online or just go there on a weekday morning.
