I'm sure they wouldn't turn you away, but it wouldn't be an appropriate level of attire for this restaurant.
I wouldn't. This is a very nice place with one of the best happy hours I've been to.
You probably can, it is Nebraska after all, but I wouldn't. This high-end restaurant, extensive wine list, some plates going for $20 plus. I don't view Stirnella as fast food or fast casual kind of place, where sweats would be common attire.
