The manager at 11325 W Dodge Rd just hung up on me when I followed up with a call regarding a BUG that was wrapped up with my hamburger today. I called shortly after I went through the drive through, and found the bug, and he told me that he wasn’t able to refund my credit card at that moment, but that he would ”talk to his boss” and get it refunded. I asked him to leave me a voicemail when it had been refunded. That call didn’t come. When I just called now, 5 hours later, he yelled at me that “he needed proof or somethin” and that I needed to drive the “burger with the bug” back to their store. When I repeated what he asked me to do, and was shocked, he straight hung up on me. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card. Fair warning to anyone that goes to that location, it’s nasty and their manager is rude!

Went through the drive thru mid day and the service was terrible. The employee on the speaker was quick to cut me off, interrupt and just seemed like she was trying to rush me through. The buns were hard and I wasn't even asked my drink choice. They just seemed eager to move the line along. I wouldn't suggest this location.

Unfortunately due to help shortage they didnt have indoor dining and only one lone employee who apologized profusely for being unable to serve us. I know it's hard to find help now days but that poor lady was overwhelmed. She gets high approval for her courtesy .

No body was there at 7:30 pm on 3/14/22. Apparently there was a person there but didn't take orders. It was odd and we left for a better place.
