Yes, you can be tested without symptoms. If you haven't been exposed and are not sick you should not have COVID 19. Just to be clear these test can only tell if you have it now, not if you have had it before.
Yes. Asymptomatic I believe... Good luck with trying to get a hold of Public Health Dept. Go on line to find out where to go and make an appt. We found it VERY, VERY Frustrating.
