My washer purchase went well. Communication was good and washer was available when promised. The delivery was outstanding. Juan and the other gentleman whose name I didn’t catch provided exactly the commendable delivery experience a customer wants. They were on time, professional, courteous, informative and got the washer into my basement without a scratch, which is not easy given my home construction. Best experience I have had, and I definitely recommend Wickford Appliance.
