Former, Grad student - Tailgating is not allowed due to other cars, pedestrians and students. Security is always a presence and will resolve any issues.
There's only public parking for snhu facility. That means parking garage ion the side of the street at the meters or some of the area landowners sell spots for like 20 bucks an event. There's no in public view drinking alcohol in Manchester. Who in their right mind would have an event Arena like this without a parking area to go with it. To answer your question no real tailgating area.
