There is a lot going on in the Queenz. Please institite a reasonable method for residents belongings to be procured: 14 days in my opinion is reasonable. To board of staff, your manager needs people she can delegate too, she is overwhelmed.

My boyfriend and I moved into the Welcome Home last summer. The place we were living had a fire and we had no where to go. I called Shyanna and she was extremely nice, and said she would get us in as soon as possible! Since we've been here, we've had no issues. I had friends who lived here about 4 years ago and I will say Shyanna and the new owners have done wonders on this place since then! They even have a food pantry every Sunday for those who live here! The staff also do a great job at making sure people aren't doing drugs or disobeying rules. I've been in other rooming houses in Manchester and the Welcome Home definitely feels more like a home!!

First off I'd like to comment on a lot a prefabricated stories being said about the welcome home. There are lots of negative people who come and go through this place. The manager shanna goes out of her way to ensure the safety and cleanliness of this property. On top of that she has organized a food run every weekend for the less fortunate so they have meats bread and vegetables for themselves and their children. She a terrific lady with great compassion for all especially children. The negative responses by some people are clearly fiction. These people fail to pay there rent on time and do not follow the simple rules posted everywhere. So they out of spite slander the place. I know for sure she has this place running with determination and security for all transient guests. With that being said great job shanna sanborn.

My best friend lives here and I’ve never had any complaints. She’s watched my child there overnights and the nothing bad has ever come of it! The manager is amazing and tries her best to help everyone out as much as possible! Her and the owners have worked their butts off to get that building where it is today! It’s come along way. I appreciate everything that they have done for my friend. Beyond blessed to have such an amazing place my friend can call home!

Thank you I was trying to find the history as in when it was Saint Patrick's home for girls. I was there for a few years, But couldn't find any history on Google about when it was a home. We had 2 nuns in a monsignor running it at the time.
Um odd question for Google maps but ok. I would say depends on the landlord. They're in it to make money so if something is going to cost them money then yes maybe they would want a tenant out. They are unable to increase the rent until the lease is up unless it explicitly says in the lease that rent will be in increased etc. Hard to prove whether it's the tenants fault or the landlords fault in regards to bed bugs.
The rest is based on room size and amount of people. One week equivalent of rent for security deposit and one weeks rent to move in.
Best bet would be to go there on business days ask someone to let you in and go to the office and talk to the manager. She's a blonde lady I don't remember her name. But Noone ever answers the phone there
I'm not sure you would have to look them up and give them a call I'm sorry I'm not there anymore so I'm not sure
Usually just a room with common cooking areas and common bathrooms. Some rooms have their own private bathrooms with shower and some rooms share a semi-private bathroom with another room.
There's a waiting list to get in 165.00 a week Abt 714.00 a month
Unfortunately we do not take pets
Depending on the room is how much u pay
We work directly with the head of parole to get permission and admit residents on a case by case basis. We believe in second chances and our goal is to reunite families and couples so they can live together and support each other in creating a better life. Sex offenders and those who have committed high level crimes are not admitted.
Pets are not allowed. The safety of our children and our residents is our top priority. Some of our residents have allergies and there are other issues such as noise, room damage, animal waste on the lawns where children play, litter box issues, etc.. Absolutely no pets allowed.
Just walk in and talk to the manager. Her name is Shy. Yes they do take couples.
U mean for the welcome home
It doesn't matter if go above the in house management all they if won't a room pay the price or get out
Yes you need to come in person. Your chances of talking to someone here is much greater by coming in person then calling.
The average room is about $165 per week. This includes food, all utilities, free parking, furnishings if available, and many services.
You will have to come in and talk to management
Shyana sanborn..... Thank you so much you saved are family we would have never made it with out you!!!!
You can call. The manager is in the office from 9-5. Or i can help answer some of your questions!
We now have a new kitchen with stoves, counters, and a large sink. We are just waiting on some final inspections by the fire department and the city and then residents can use them.
No animals.....that manager was nice and tryed to let people keep a small caged animal they didnt care for it and ruined it for everyone ....
