The question is, did Drury Lane cancel the performance. If so they I would question the charge. If they didn't cancel the performance they would be within their rights charge a fee for a reschedule. Its unfortunate for your sister but that's how its done.
Love story set on the sunset strip in los angeles....during the 80s. Tons of 80s music and lots fun!!!!!
Some time between 1pm to 3pm.

There were a few locations across Chicago but you might have visited at a different location back then. The Oakbrook location opened in 1984 and is currently the only Drury Lane around as all previous locations either closed down or were sold to other theater companies. The first Drury Lane was opened in 1958, but the DeSantis family business goes back to 1949
Sorry, I do not know the answer to this question.
The box office could answer your question. I do not know the answer myself.
I had a similar problem with reaching the box office. However, I got through when I called the main number from the Drury Lane website.
No. Drury Lane Theatre is strictly a Theatre. Tickets do not include dinner.
90 minutes with no intermission. Such a great show that it didn't even seem long.
I do not believe it will, there's been nothing published about children's theater and they are staging Holiday Inn
We were there for a wedding reception past 11pm. Though I'm not positive on exactly what time they close for wedding receptions.
Same as the state of IL. We wore masks unless we were dining. Vaccinated or not.
I hope so too.
Box office is open
Yes they're having events, just had a family wedding there. They allow upto 50 people per room. They are super helpful.

If you are purchasing for a season? Or for a service, such as the bar or restaurant, would be different. Also to purchase a season coming up is upon us now. So you might want to look into this.
Not sure about senior pricing. But shoes are not as expensive as downtown and the talent is just as good!
