I have four tickets for Pentatonics tonight, but since I purchased them one of the ticket holders has had a knee replacement and probably can’t do the stairs to the seats. Would he be able to sit in a Handicap section?

I guarantee they will help accommodate you. However I'd call ahead so you don't get stuck waiting in a crazy line to get in.
