I haven't seen any dogs inside and i haven't eaten outside so i can't say. Calling them would be the best thing V as suggested.

I didnt see any dogs in that particular restaurant. Also, right now they don't take reservations. So, you have to leave your name at the door and they will call you or text you when your table us ready. We never had to wait more than 30 mins

Not sure, Provincetown is very dog friendly but It may go against the health codes you might want to call the restaurant directly.
