I have always gotten great customer service from the team of Lowe's employees.
Lowes is like any other place of business... they have their "On" days and their "Off" days. It's when it's a "consistent OFF" that breaks a business. Some days I go in... and can't find any help. Some days I go in and don't need help(or want help) and their everywhere. It depends on the needs of a business. That particular morning... they had a heavy delivery and needed the extra hands. (I actually asked that day)
For me, it's kind of a hit or miss thing.
To Jeff Oldham the only time the store manager is there at night is on Tuesday night that's the night he closes
Each Lowe's is different...it depends on the store managers depending on if they lean on them or not......most dont...most aren't even there at night....I'm talking about the real store manager..not the assistance...
I usually get very good service. Maybe it was just an off day.
