Yes they have a spay and neuter clinic that give them all their shots and spays and neuters. They will even pay for some other surgeries of the dog requires it
Yes if you adopt a dog, I know personally. They are all fixed and all their shots Also each dog is microchipped and the fee is paid for life. You also get one month of pet insurance too. I have adopted two dogs from here. Great experiences both times.
