I drive a 1 year old x5 and had it in for a repair to the steering column a few months ago. I brought it back and it needed 2 more days in the shop for another part. They gave me a filthy loaner vehicle. Couldn't believe the condition not to mention it was not what they say they give as a loaner, which is supposed to be close to what you drive. I would have been fine if it was clean with a full tank of gas instead of a half filled mess. The service people are very attentive. Such mixed reviews
