How are you supposed to get in contact with them, if they don't answer the phone? The first time, they pick up and hang up without saying anything. The second and third time, they don't answer at all. Not good customer service. Now I know why people

I have had that problem before so I just keep calling back to back after a while they will answer when they get tire of hearing it ring
