It's done, the new lobby and dinning room are simply amazing!
Last time I was there there was no construction in lobby or food area.
They are still under construction until after January. There is a ramp that provides access from the left side into 2 meeting rooms. These rooms act as check in on the right and full dining on the left. There is no made to order option but breakfast is free because of construction.
I didn't notice any construction in the lobby or in the breakfast area when I was there in October.
