Stayed here as one of the room block options for a friend's wedding. Nice place. Very clean. Welcoming staff who were very helpful with any question we had. Our room was good - laid out well, lots of outlets for charging electronics. The in-room coffee, refrigerator and microwave were nice. We liked the balcony, but it was on the side of the hotel next to The Jetty, a bar with live music, and parking lot traffic. If you want peace and quiet, ask for the rooms on the other side of the hotel.

Have been coming here for few yrs. Always a good stay. All of the sudden, they are pet friendly and my wife is allergic to pets. Our room had pet smell. We were able to stay after spraying our room with disinfectant and keeping the AC at 67 degrees but AC was Loud. Staff is great. Since this place now allows pets, will have to stay somewhere else next time.

Staff was friendly but you had to ask for additional towels, tp, soap, garbage can liners. We emptied garbage and placed used towels in hall. A/C worked but room always felt damp. We know about humidity as we live on southern coast. Lobby did not feel that way. Breakfast was either buffet or one of 5 selections. If you ordered one egg and toast $9.50. It was an expensive stay. There is a new hotel being built next door- maybe things will improve with competition. At this time, cannot say we would stay there again.

Lovely hotel right off the exit of the Bay Bridge. We checked in late since we were coming from DC for an event. Hubby booked the hotel, since I was surprising him with a hot air Ballon ride, that was unfortunately canceled due to high winds. We were able to enter our room utilizing his phone, which is super neat. The hotel has great amenities, pool, hot tub, exercise room, and office service area. Our room overlooks the water and had a nice balcony with seating. It was way too cold and windy to enjoy the night sky. The beds were very firm, and the pillows were super soft. Hubby ended up waking up to a headache because he was uncomfortable. I liked that they covered the TV for our safety. The towels were nice and soft and thankful for the toiletries, since we forgot an item from home. The coffee maker took longer than 3 minutes to make coffee, but it was nice and hot. Overall, the room was nice, with the exception of a missing light bulb in the tall lamp.
