Weird design. Elevator on one end. My room, of course, was on the other end. Didn't bother me, I used the steps. If you're elderly or disabled, make sure you mention this at your reservation! Room was standard and clean. People at the desk were pleasant.

Paid extra money to check in early to start the air conditioner to cool the room down while out to lunch and when we returned the room was hotter do to the AC system being faulty so they exchanged the room to a lower floor away from the couple we were with and this room the blinds were jammed falling out of the ceiling so I had to stand on the chair to close them. Other occupants had partied until 4 in the morning on the exterior walkway that was uncontrolled by staff members then in the morning the coffee pot failed to work and with all these issues there wasn't an acting Manager on the premises to take care of customer needs they also don't return calls either nor do they compensate for any of your issues we paid over 400 dollars to stay in an at best 88 dollars per night hotel if they want to charge you more than 150 dollars per night to for your stay here go somewhere else.to get your money's worth.

Nichole at the front desk was extremely helpful and wonderful! My husband and I got the king room with the jacuzzi it was clean and nice! We will definitely return!

Great location though water in our room was only hot or scalding and staff reported knowledge of this as an ongoing issue for our prticular room. We were able to get a new room though had to wait for the next day. Breakfast option was good.
