Waited over 4 hours for an oil change and when I asked the manager what was taking so long he became confrontational and yelled at me to wait in line a fight would’ve have ensued had he not been restrained by staff. Very violent employees

I waited a half an hour longer than I should have I went outside to get some air and my car was parked outside nobody came inside to tell me the car was ready....

That's crazy I never had a problem some times you have to be on top of them so they could take your car faster
