Very unhappy. Have been to Koepell a few times and was never thrilled but never dissatisfied. This time was just bad customer service all around. If you want to be the one chasing them for the status on your vehicle, and then drive off with your vehicle not finished, while then having to chase them again to ask WHY it was not finished, this is the place for you. If you value your time and want someone to value your time and money back, do not come here.

horrible experience! our car was stolen and we were rush to get another one because we really needed one. the salesmen was very cunning and he tricked us right away after found out we were in rush to buy a new car. the price on the web was totally different than we paid for it because the salesmen keep saying this part was not include that you had to pay extra, end up we paid more than $2000 than the price my friend bought same model from another dealer! also they wanted us to buy $1000 extra warranty for this car otherwise we had to pay more interest for fiance . we bought the warranty then found out we got cheated again. lease than two year , the altima we bought coolant started leaking , they charge us $175 and told us it's not covered by the $1000 warranty ! my friend told us that they had a similar experience when they tried to buy a car form them . the dealer is joke and very dishonest !

Depends if they have it in stock. Once you arrive & give them the year, model, & vin # of your vechile, they will look into thier system to see if its available. If not, they will put in a order request & inform you of when to come to pick it up the part. But you have to go in person to purchase the part.. They dont do purchases over the phone. You can call them to see if the part is available.

From my experience koeppel Nissan has been excellent I don't know how much it will cost you but if you're under warranty or at least you should get it done at the dealer that sounds like something that would void the warranty if anything happened because of it if it's your car out right price them and then try it outside installer
