Brookline is recreational, and it's a few min outside of Boston
Medical only and I think they plan to keep it that way because of the space and location in the financial district. Recreational would bring low lifes into the financial district which I doubt would be acceptable to the financial institutions of Boston. Alternative Therapies in Salem is geared towards the recreational crowd.
