Hi, What documents do I need to REPLACE a damaged already existing learners permit? Do I still need all the documentation used when I just took the exam or are the application, fee and passport enough?

When it comes down to replace a damaged learner's permit, you do not need any documentation to order a replacement Learner's permit. Instead you just need to go onto Myrmv website and access your profile, inside of your profile there is an option to request a replacement learner's permit. From here you will need to pay a 25 dollar fee and you will be able to print out an duplicate Learner's Permit

Fees and passports are not enough. I do not know what the requirements for changing a license are, but for those who have a new license, at least 2 documents of proof of residence are required. When registering online, this request is complete.
