I've been on hold for two hours now (since the RMV opened at 9am) and the estimated hold times seem completely random, wavering between 20 minutes and over an hour back and forth. Is everyone experiencing this?

Yes I spent days trying recently. Its tells you your wait time is an hour or so and when you get to 4 minutes left it hangs up.

It totally makes you crazy. Especially after an hour and then they hang up on you. They wouldn't like it if it was done to them. They have plenty of ppl working from home that can handle the call volume.
