I have 2 adult bikes in very good shape I would like to donate to someone who could give them to a couple of kids in need or an organization that can find a good home for them.

The Salvation army will accept donations as long as the donations are in re-sale condition. They can sell the bikes to help support their adult rehab centers. But, if you want to donate the bike to be "re-gifted" you can possibly work that out with a Salvation Army Core. Located usually in busy cities.
