With such a shortage on cars these days and the prices going up, my husband and I were hesitant to look and to buy a family SUV now that our family is growing but Herald made the process so easy ! He was soo helpful with the whole process and answered all of our questions. He was never pushy or Persistent like some other salespersons can be and that we experienced. We were towed into Herb Chambers on a wet Thursday afternoon and they immediately looked at our car, showed us to warm seating and offered coffee and beverages and even offered water to our dog. Fantastic staff, fast and reliable service, reasonable cost. I was initially skeptical of using a dealership for regular service, but the Herb Chambers Service staff have convinced me - I've been going there for 3 years now, and recommend them to friends. I own a luxury car with 80k miles (Cadillac ATS Premium), which you might think would be a stressful and increasingly costly experience as the miles add up. Thanks to the excellent engineering of the car, and to Herb Chambers' Service staff, I love my ATS more with each passing year. Best vehicle, and best ownership experience, I've ever had.
