Found in drawer paper tickets, never used. Trying to find out how I can exchange them. What process do I have to do to get current passes so that they can be used.

Call customer service

If they were never used thru should be fine but depends on if customer service is willing to exchange them for current ones. If they are expired they could deny use or exchange and maybe even refund. Best to call and find out.

As long as they aren't expired or previously used, customer service should replace them if necessary
