Best time to go I mean less crowed . Is that consider low season ?how about hotels are prices better ?

I would keep a look out on low season and also book it with universal as well.

We got a better price by purchasing a package from universal. I was just there last week and it was not crowded at all and it was one of the nicest and layed back resorts i have ever been to.

Definitely low season. If weather is a consideration, go in late fall/winter/early spring.
