Universal studios has less big rides. Butt like everyone else has stated both Parks offer a good mixture if you are not a big ride fan.
Walking around and eating food there lots of restaurant's at both parks or city walk have restaurant's just have fun
That is totally me.... But I went to universal studio and island of adventure. The 3 d rides are ok for us I think. If you can't take 3 d rides go to animal park or sea world or magic Kingdom...
Universal Studios would be the better choice in that case. It has more theme based experiences, where as Islands of Adventure is more traditional ride based focus in its exhibits. Both parks have a lot of fun things to do even if you don't want to enjoy the big rides.
I think Universal Studios park has more shows than Islands of Adventure but if you don't like rides then Disney has more tame rides and non ride experiences
Out of Universal and Disney? Probably Animal Kingdom as they have animals to see as well as rollercoasters to ride. If you're just talking about the two Universal parks, both have the Harry Potter experiences which aren't ride-focussed.
