Yes fast pass over there
Really unless you going on the weekend then I suggest the fast pass. But you get it at the park to. That's what someone from the park suggested me and I didnt have to spend that extra money it wasn't nececery to get fast pass
I am not sure what outside venues the park will accept fast passes purchased from. But I have taken advantage of staying at one of the 5 on-site hotels and your room key serves as a free fast pass and early park access.
in this period it is not necessary because there are no queues
