What is fast track and can you purchase it with a one day pass to both parks?

Yes you can purchase Express pass , they sell for I believe a 100 per person, on top of each ticket. Will let you bypass long lines. Calculate half of the wait time, depends on the ride as well. I believe Disney's version is fast track.
