At Universal we got the park hopper pass and all of thebrides were included in both areas. Park hopper is the only way that you can board the Hogwarts Express. A regular pass will not let you do that. Also just a note..check the train schedule if that is something you are interested in ,as the last ride when we went was 7pm. Events and some shows are an additional expense.
