No. You can not bring luggage to the parks. But if you have a backpack, you can enter the parks with it. If you want to ride an attraction where backpacks aren't allowed you can store it in a locker. Small lockers are free *while* you ride. Large lockers are rented for a nominal fee also *while* you ride
Luggage no but if you have a backpack or a purse, you can store them in lockers by the rides. Most rides you HAVE to store your stuff before getting in line. You use your park ticket to get the locker too so it's very safe.
