Bags up to backpack size are allowed, most rides allow you to bring them on or store in lockers. Smaller backpacks/fanny packs can fit in the smaller free lockers, they are 8x3 and very long from the inside. Backpacks are too large from them and will require paid lockers.
So yes free lockers at rides. But the lockers are small. I think they have the exact dimensions on their website
