You can take water bottle inside but no cooler. You can also carry one of those fans that spray water as well. I had an apple that I was eating and was told to throw it away so I assume food is a no no too.

I know you can't take water bottles inside, so that might apply to coolers. But I am not sure.
I don't think so. Prices are not bad though. I'm sure if there's a special need it would be permitted. They are very friendly.
