I've heard they will look into changing the 'If I Ran The Zoo' walk through attraction. That is one of the books that will no longer be in print.
Universal only said that they would be evaluating future plans but they have said that about Marvel for years since it's now owned by Disney and about Toon Lagoon as most of the kids don't know who those characters are
Universal did say they would be "reevaluating".

They are not removing the seuss land from universal. 6 books are being pulled from shelves for portraying potentially harmful stereo types. Rest assured seuss landing will remain.
