Actually he is correct, the New Hartford one also looks closed often without the signs lit up but the burrstone road one is notorious for no lights. Perhaps the “timers should be checked or readjusted for the change in seasons?” I have gone through both locations before in the early evening having to ask “are you open?” And they said yes.

I think that's a bold face lie because the lights ARE on an automatic timer and they don't activate until 30 minutes after the alarm has been armed and the doors are locked which doesn't happen until close which is at 11 so to say the lights were OFF at 850 is a bold face lie because it's LITTERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to do that..i work there so I would know. But thanks for trying :) and our lights turn on at 6 pm so yeah good one

I think the hiring of the younger crowd meanspoor customer service! If kids were raised right then they would treat people better....good luck with that in the entitlement age!

They should be on as soon as it starts to get dark. Perhaps they need to hire new people who will do their jobs, including turning on those lights if they're not on automatically.

I will make it again concerning review and wait for them to call you and tell the corporate office yourself it's the only way it will get done
