I was just about to take a bite of my sandwich when I noticed a long piece of hair in it! So disgusting. Will NEVER be going back to this one.

Hate to dunk on Dunkin but this place is s-l-o-w inside and out. And an unreasonable amount of time to take and prepare your order. Not for anyone in a hurry.

This Dunkin' is on Burrstone Rd, New Hartford. A friend treated me to a decaf, no sweetener, french vanilla cream coffee and a small hash browns. Both were delicious! Wait time was not bad at the drive thru either, and the person taking our order was helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions.

I waited at the counter for about a minute. Then came the store manager Brian to take my order. He didn’t look at me nor say a word. So I said “Hi! How are you?” and he literally shrugged his shoulders. What a poor representation of the company as a GM. He handed me my receipt without saying nothing again. His attitude was awful and I will never come to this Dunkin’ again. However his attitude does not reflex the others working there. They were working hard and fast. I know I would never want to work for a GM like that, what a poor leader.
