Front end workers seem to have everything together and bathrooms are usually clean. That’s about all this store has going for it. I’ve been here regularly the last couple of weeks, and items are always unorganized/misplaced. Workers in all other parts of the store don’t seem to offer up any help (at least not in plumbing and building materials). Also always impossible to find the proper dollies for the larger items.

We have been loyal Lowes customers for YEARS! Well recently, not only did (and hasn't) Lowes not have what we wanted, but we have been unable to order and pay in advance for our product. There was noone able to help at the desk, the website made it too difficult, and the phone calls ended with 3 45+ minute waits, 2 hang ups, 2 very rude people 1 of which actually said she was busy, and 1 no return phone call. After the first 2 calls, we had asked for the manager. So we decided to go to the Home Depot. Not only was everything in stock, they had the same military discount, at least 5 offers of help, and the website was both accurate and worked! They even brought me a new cart when mine wouldn't hold all I needed. Prices were the same if not better and they even had sales and overstock items out and available. Needless to say, we have switched and can only say Hello and THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!

Good selection of merchandise. But it's amazing how often their registers say your card has been declined, unless you are using one of their credit cards. Happens half the times I've been there. My card works fine everywhere else.

Purchased 2 cabinets online for store pickup today. Received notification that my order was ready for pickup, and after waiting in line to receive my order was handed 1 cabinet. When I asked where the rest of my order was, the cashier told me that portion of the order was canceled due to being out of stock. It should have been easy to notify me that my order couldn’t be fulfilled before I drove out of my way to pick it up. Since I needed 2 cabinets, I canceled the rest of the order. This online shopping experience was inconvenient to say the least- I will go elsewhere from now on
