There are 20 TSA officers in ITH, and no one is calling out. There won't be a line in the afternoon so 60-90 mins is good, however the airline counters close 30 mins before the flight so you can't get a boarding pass after that.

There are only like 5 agents there in total so you should be fine but maybe get there like 15-30 earlier than normal. They're also super nice and friendly so I honestly can't see too many of them calling out.
