You would want to take the Green Line (B) outbound to Packard's Corner and walk.
I"d say it'd take you 25-30 min by T or 15-20 driving. Flour Bakeries are also fantastic and offer seating. The original location of Tatte at the St Mary's stop on the green C line also has wonderful pastries and is 10-15 min closer by T.
