I suggest you keep calling. I don't live in western ma anymore. but even when I did, my cat was well over the age when they're fixed. I had my kitty fixed at about 5 or 6 months old. we moved from western ma this summer, she's 14 1/2 years old now.

I made the app on my phone..Paid on my phone got email confirmation of 85 dollars charged to my Credit Card...But no Date other then the earliest was in December....I will stop in it seems face to face is the solution. THANK YOU.

I don't believe they give specific app times. Usually everyone drops their pets off at the same time between 8-830 and then they will give you a pick up time. But I would stop by and ask if you can. They are usually so busy.
