Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Comcast is bad but Consolidated Communication is by far the worst and rude company I have had to deal with. Negative zero stars

I couldn't agree with you more. when I complained that I pay for a service that continuously goes out and I never have consistent internet and they're in breach of a contract, they explain to me the wording of my contract says that they will make every effort to provide the service so we pay for service it's not even guaranteed. It's always out in Manchester go is out several times a week on and off for several hours

I feel the same. I didn’t think that a company could be worse than Comcast, but Consolidated manages too.
