Not a beach bar for sure, but at lunch we were pretty casual and comfortable. Jeans and a nice shirt for the husband. Black pants and a cute top with a scarf for me.
I would dress to the surroundings which would be smart casual. You would look out of place with torn jeans & t-shirt.

No dress code but i wouldnt wear faded jeans and a t shirt for dinner. This is a great place and most folks dress casual
No dress code at all. I was a visitor last time i had been there.
Well not really.. but i dont think theyd let you in wearing beach attire at dinner time. Most people are atleast in business casual clothing for dinner
