Publicly stoned! and then fired
He's a child in a old man's body. If that's what the officers have to look up to then I feel sorry for the department in whole. How could he arrest a pregnant woman for not producing a registration fast enough.? Then say he was harassed? He was acting under color of law and he should be charged! It's not a jailable offense. Grow the hell up and change your poopy diaper chief!
